New CloudFerro WAW4-1 Cloud region beta

CloudFerro is adding a new public cloud region, WAW4-1, located in Warsaw, Poland, and built on OpenStack Carracal. The WAW4-1 cloud offers a totally new physical location that will be connected to the EODATA main repository via multiple 100 Gbit/s links.
