Dear Customers,

We would like to inform you about an upcoming scheduled maintenance window that will be taking place on 30th October 2023, between 06:00 and 22:00 CEST. The following stabilization time will take place on 30th October 2023 22:00 CEST to November 2nd 12:00 CEST.

The maintenance will take place due to the scheduled changes in Catalogue database.

During the maintenance window, there might be temporary service disruptions of specific components, which may result in the difficulties mentioned below:

- Delays in publication of new products on CREODIAS platform.
- Short unavailabilities of: Catalogue API, product download through zipper and Ordering API.

During this process, actions will be undertaken on the following components/services:

- Data ingestion mechanisms,
- Data catalogue,
- Zipper,
- Ordering API.

We will make every effort to ensure that the works go as quickly and smoothly as possible. We apologize for any inconvenience this may cause, and thank you for your patience and understanding.
