Dear Customer,

We would like to inform you about an upcoming scheduled maintenance window that will be taking place on 16-05-2024 between 21:00 CEST and 23:00 CEST.

The maintenance will take place due to the scheduled update of the identity system.

During the maintenance window, there might be temporary service disruptions of specific components, which may result in the difficulties mentioned below:

Probably short (1-2 minutes) one-time interruptions in ability to log in to the Horizon using Realm/OpenID authentication method
Any changes made to the account configuration such as password changes, personal information, etc. and changes to the tenant manager such as changing organization association during operation window will not be retained after the maintenance work is completed
Newly registered accounts during maintenance work will not be retained

Access to the Openstack API and Keystone authentication method will be available throughout the duration of the maintenance work. Openstack resources (virtual machines, storage, network, load balancers) and any management of them will work without interruptions.

We will make every effort to ensure that the works go as quickly and smoothly as possible. We apologize for any inconvenience this may cause, and thank you for your patience and understanding.
