Dear Customer,

We would like to clarify yesterday's information about planned works. Scheduled maintenance window for the FRA1-1 and FRA1-2 cloud, which will take place on 19.06.2024 between 9:00 and 16:00 CEST.
The maintenance will take place due to the scheduled network modernization.
During the maintenance window, there might be temporary service disruptions of specific components, which may result in the difficulties mentioned below:

In both clouds, there is a possibility of temporary loss of access to OpenStack cloud resources. Additionally, access to virtual machines (VMs) from the Internet will be unavailable, and SSH connections will not be possible. The virtual machines will be in an active state.

We will make every effort to ensure that the works go as quickly and smoothly as possible. We apologize for any inconvenience this may cause, and thank you for your patience and understanding.
