[Maintenance][WAW4-1] on 18th of June 2025 at 11:30 CEST- upgrade of the Magnum component

Dear Customer,

We would like to inform you that on June 18th, 2025 at 11:30 CEST, we plan to perform an upgrade of the Magnum component on the WAW4-1 cloud. The upgrade is expected to take approximately 1 hour.

Please be advised that during this maintenance window, it won't be possible to create new Kubernetes Clusters.

We will make every effort to complete the upgrade as quickly and smoothly as possible.

In case of any questions regarding the implementation, please contact our helpdesk through the 'Support → Tickets' tab on the Tenant Manager platform.
