[Maintenance]on December 17th between 22:00 - 00:00 CET - major EODATA network maintenance

Dear Customer,

We would like to inform you about an upcoming maintenance window scheduled for 17th December from 22:00 to 00:00 CET.

This maintenance is required to perform work on the network infrastructure related to EOData S3 Endpoints at https://eodata.cloudferro.com.

During the maintenance window, the following impacts are expected:

• Temporary unavailability of the eodata.cloudferro.com endpoint;
• Reduced quality of services for Finder, Browser, Zipper, and Explorer;
• Decreased maximum data throughput on the data.cloudferro.com endpoint in WAW3 and CF cloud;
• No availability of new EO products or potential delays in publication between 17th December, 22:00 CET, and 18th December, 02:00 CET.

During the maintenance period, user services will be temporarily switched to the secondary cloud infrastructure. Normal service will resume once the maintenance is complete.

We will do our best to ensure the process is completed as quickly and smoothly as possible. We sincerely apologize for any inconvenience this may cause and appreciate your patience and understanding.
