[Maintenance] [WAW4-1]on 7th ofJanuray 2026 - Platform services update

Dear Customer,

We would like to inform you about an upcoming scheduled maintenance window that will be taking place on 07/01/26 between 11:00 CET and 13:00 CET.

The maintenance is scheduled to perform a system upgrade within the WAW4-1 environment. This upgrade will optimize and enhance our system's performance.

During the maintenance window, the following issues may occur:

• Temporary instability of the API server caused by keepalived master node switching, which may briefly affect dependent customer-facing services,
• Possible short-term degradation of the Magnum CAPI driver and the MK8S service in the WAW4-1 region,
• Brief service interruptions related to the migration of the container registry service (https://registry-public.cloudferro.com).

We will make every effort to ensure that the works go as quickly and smoothly as possible. We apologize for any inconvenience this may cause, and thank you for your patience and understanding.
