[RESCHEDULE][Maintenance] on 22nd of January 2025, 12:00-16:00 CET - delay in the publication of new S3B products

Dear Customer,

We would like to inform you about the rescheduling of the maintenance of downloading mechanism for S3B products. The updates will now take place one day later, on January 23rd, 2025, but during the same hours: 12:00 to 16:00 CET.

The entire maintenance window is also postponed by one day and will take place from January 23rd 12:00 CET to January 24th 16:00 CET

Below, we are resending the original, outdated announcement for your reference:

Dear Customer,

We would like to inform you about an upcoming scheduled maintenance window that will be taking place between 22nd of January 2025 12:00 CET and 23th of January 2025 16:00 CET.

Actual possible difficulties window will take place on 22nd of January from 12:00 to 16:00 CET. Maintenance aims to update the technology stack impacting products generated by the Sentinel-3B mission. During the maintenance window, the following issues may occur:

maximum delay of one hour in the publication of new S3B products during the maintenance window
minor service disruption during the maintenance window

We will make every effort to ensure that the works go as quickly and smoothly as possible. We apologize for any inconvenience this may cause, and thank you for your patience and understanding.
