[Maintenance] on 17th of November between 10:00 - 10:30 CET - EODATA endpoint

We would like to inform you about an upcoming scheduled maintenance window that will be taking place on 17-11-2025 between 10:00 CET and 10:30 CET.
The maintenance will take place due to the Kubernetes upgrade.

During the maintenance window, there might be temporary service disruptions of specific components, which may result in the difficulties mentioned below:

• increased download time and timeouts for eodata.cloudferro.com endpoint.

The upgrade process itself is expected to take approximately 10 minutes. However, we will continue monitoring the system throughout the day to ensure that everything operates correctly.

We will make every effort to ensure that the works go as quickly and smoothly as possible. We apologize for any inconvenience this may cause, and thank you for your patience and understanding.
