[Maintenance] on 11th of December 2024 between 20:00 and 22:00 CET - upgrade of ticketing system
Dear Customer,
We would like to inform you about an upcoming scheduled maintenance window that will be taking place on 11th of December 2024 to 11th of December 2024 between 20:00 and 22:00 CET.
The maintenance will take place due to the scheduled installation of important ticketing system updates.
During the maintenance window, there might be temporary service disruptions of specific components, which may result in the difficulties mentioned below:
- unable to create and edit tickets in Tenant Manager;
