[Maintenance] Identity system update on 15th of December 2025 between 20:00 CET and 23:00 CET

We would like to inform you about an upcoming scheduled maintenance window that will be taking place on 15th of December 2025 between 20:00 CET and 23:00 CET.

The maintenance will take place due to the scheduled identity system update.

During the maintenance window, there might be temporary service disruptions of specific components, which may result in the difficulties mentioned below:

• Temporary unavailability of the account login services
• Potential login issues affecting components associated with the user account within the given brand
• Unexpected termination of active user sessions
• Redirect loops or errors occurring during the authentication process

We also suggest the following:

• Switching between DB copies is possible, but it is recommended that you not make any changes, preferably from 19:45 CET onwards.
• Take into account the possibility of losing entered data during the maintenance window.

We will make every effort to ensure that the works go as quickly and smoothly as possible. We apologize for any inconvenience this may cause and thank you for your patience and understanding.
