[Maintenance] FRA1-2] on 21th of January 2026 between 10:00 - 16:00 CET - work on servers with GPUs

Dear Customer,

We would like to inform you about an upcoming scheduled maintenance window that will be taking place on 21th of January 2026 between 10:00 CET and 16:00 CET.

During the maintenance window, there might be temporary service disruptions of specific components, which may result in the difficulties mentioned below:

• Servers may be temporarily unavailable for between one and six hours
• No possibility to create servers with GPUs

Please note that after the completion of the scheduled maintenance, you should verify whether the server is turned on and power it on if necessary.

We will make every effort to ensure that the works go as quickly and smoothly as possible.
