[RESCHEDULE Maintenance] on 21st of January 2025 between 20:00 - 23:00 CET - CREODIAS Domain Services and Portals

Dear Customer,

We would like to inform you about the rescheduling of the planned updates affecting CREODIAS domain services and portals. The updates will now take place one day later, on January 22nd, 2025, but during the same hours: 20:00 to 23:00 CET.

Below, we are resending the original, outdated announcement for your reference:

Dear Customer,

We would like to inform you about an upcoming scheduled maintenance window that will be taking place on 21st of January 2025 to 21st of January 2025 between 20:00 and 23:00 CET.

The maintenance will occur due to the scheduled installation of important updates.

During the maintenance window, there might be temporary service disruptions of specific components, which may result in the difficulties mentioned below:

temporary issues with services under the CREODIAS domain not related to cloud services;
the API to EODATA will be unavailable;
unable to create and edit tickets in Tennant Manager;

We will make every effort to ensure that the works go as quickly and smoothly as possible. We apologize for any inconvenience this may cause, and thank you for your patience and understanding.
