[Urgent][Notification] Network Outage resulting in numerous services not working

Today, i.e. 30.06.2025 between 13:42 and 14:04 CEST, we experienced a network outage that affects these clouds:
-WAW3-1
-WAW3-2
-WAW4-1
Also these services are impacted:
-Ability to view and create new tickets
-EODATA Catalogue API
-EODATA S3 Endpoint
-EODATA Zipper
-Tenant Menager
-Cloud UI
-CREODIAS Website
-CREODIAS E-Commerce
-Cloud Identity Service
