Dear Customers,

We would like to inform you about an upcoming scheduled maintenance window that will be taking place on 07 February 2024 between 09:00 and 17:00 CET.

The maintenance will take place due to the scheduled optimization and enhancement of our system's performance, with the emphasis on:

upgrading core database system,
upgrading core networking system,

During the maintenance works, there may be temporary (up to several hours) interruptions of certain components, which may result in :

No access to the OpenStack API,
Disruptions of the virtual network system which can affect the operation of the virtual instance network (inability to access the VMs from internet, broken communication among VMs through internal networks, broken access from VMs to SFS),

We will make every effort to ensure that the works go as quickly and smoothly as possible. We apologize for any inconvenience this may cause, and thank you for your patience and understanding.
