Please be kindly informed that full data access to EO data has now been restored. We apologise for any inconvenience this may have caused to your operations.

During the outage from 08-04-2024 15:00 CEST to 10-04-2024 14:00 CEST you may have mainly experienced:

inability to download/slow download of EO data
lack of new products in our collections

We are monitoring the system to confirm full operational stability, however, you may experience some delays in data collections. We are working on addressing this to ensure collections are completed in the shortest possible time. We estimate that the following collections will be complete by:

Sentinel 1A - 10-04-2024 17:00 CEST
Sentinel 2A - 10-04-2024 19:00 CEST
Sentinel 2B - 11-04-2024 18:00 CEST
Sentinel 3A - 10-04-2024 19:00 CEST
