[Maintenance][LCJ1-1]from 13th to 16th October 2026, 08:30–15:00 CEST- Storage System Upgrade
We would like to inform you about scheduled maintenance that will take place in LCJ1-1 region from 13th October to 16th October 2026 between 08:30 and 15:00 CEST.
During the maintenance window, we will perform an upgrade of the storage system to a newer software version.
The upgrade introduces several improvements and changes relevant to Object Storage users:
- Full support for trailing checksums
Object Storage endpoints will fully support and validate streaming checksum trailers. The following checksum algorithms are supported: CRC32, CRC32C, CRC64NVME, SHA1, and SHA256 for both single-part PutObject operations and multipart uploads.
Invalid or corrupted checksum trailers will be rejected, while valid checksums will be stored together with the uploaded objects. - Object Lock support for existing versioned buckets
Object Lock can now be enabled on existing versioned buckets. This makes it possible to introduce compliance protection for existing production buckets without migrating the stored data. - Change to bucket statistics returned by HEAD requests
The HeadBucket API will no longer return the X-RGW-Bytes-Used and X-RGW-Object-Count headers by default.
These headers will only be returned when the read-stats query parameter is explicitly included in the API request.
If your applications or integrations rely on these headers, please update the relevant API requests accordingly.
During the maintenance window, users may experience small latency spikes.
We will make every effort to complete the maintenance as smoothly as possible and minimize its impact on your services.
If you have any questions or experience any issues related to the maintenance, please contact our Helpdesk.
