[Maintenance] on 24th September 2024 between 20:00 - 23:00 CEST - security component upgrade

Dear Customer,

We would like to inform you about an upcoming scheduled maintenance window that will be taking place on 24th September 2024 between 20:00 CEST and 23:00 CEST.

The maintenance is scheduled to upgrade our security component. This upgrade will optimize and enhance our system's performance and also make it safer.

During the maintenance window, the following issues may occur:

Brief loss of access to endpoint:
-datahub.creodias.eu
-ecommerce.creodias.eu
-eodata-keymanager.creodias.eu
-browser.creodias.eu
-explore.creodias.eu

In addition, we can expect problems related to:
-short unavailability of access to the API catalogue and downloading data
-inability to create new tickets and view already created

We will make every effort to ensure that the works go as quickly and smoothly as possible. We apologize for any inconvenience this may cause, and thank you for your patience and understanding.
