Dear Customer,

We would like to inform you about an upcoming scheduled maintenance window that will be taking place on 25 October 2023 between 9:00 and 11:00 CEST.

The maintenance will take place due to the scheduled optimization and enhancement of our system's performance, with the emphasis on:

Upgrade asset management tool version which is necessary to remove bugs on WAW3-1 cloud,
Replacement of routers at WAW3-1 cloud.

During the maintenance window, there might be temporary service disruptions of specific components, which may result in the difficulties mentioned below:

The performance limitation of WAW3-1 cloud during hardware replacement. Estimated time of service limitations vary between 20-30 minutes
