Dear Customer,

We would like to inform you about an upcoming scheduled maintenance window that will be taking place on 25 October 2023 between 11:00 and 15:00 CEST.

The maintenance will take place due to the scheduled optimization and enhancement of our system's performance, with the emphasis on:

Transferring non-critical data traffic to a different location and performing necessary clean-up tasks,
Upgrade of network switches on WAW3-1 cloud.

During the maintenance window, there might be temporary service disruptions of specific components, which may result in the difficulties mentioned below:

Possible 1-3 seconds interruptions on instances terminated on WAW3-1 cloud,

We will make every effort to ensure that the works go as quickly and smoothly as possible. We apologize for any inconvenience this may cause, and thank you for your patience and understanding.
