[Info] on 7th September 2026 - Changes to Access Requirements for CopDEM and CopDEM COG Collections
Dear Customers,
Please be informed that, starting from 7 September 2026, access to the CopDEM and CopDEM COG collections will only be available after accepting the relevant ESA license for Copernicus Contributing Missions (CCM) data. The license can be accepted either during the registration of a new account or through the Tenant Manager.
Access to CopDEM data is provided under the Copernicus Contributing Missions (CCM) programme. Approval of access to these datasets is subject to acceptance of the ESA User License for the Use of CCM Data.
How to accept the license?
- Log in to your account at new.cloudferro.com.
- Go to the My Profile section.
- Scroll down to the Agreements section.
- Accept the required CCM data terms and conditions/license.
New Users:
New users can accept the license during the account registration process on the portal.

Users who do not accept the required license by 7 September 2026 will not be able to access the CopDEM and CopDEM COG collections.
