EOStat project for ARMA
SatCAP system operated by CloudFerro on behalf of the Polish Agency for Restructuring and Modernisation of Agriculture (ARMA) aims at implementing the Control by Monitoring (CbM) scheme in Poland. The individual modules (toolboxes) of the system have been developed within EOStat project funded by the ESA and executed by the Institute of Geodesy and Cartography (IGiK) and Polish Space Research Centre (CBK PAN).
Currently, the modules are being integrated within the SatCAP system deployed on the CREODIAS platform. The SatCAP provides information on crop and soil types, agricultural activities, and fields susceptible to soil erosion. It is based on the Postgresql/PostGIS database back-end with MapServer serving WMS service. The front-end is based on the geoportal.
