Check new dashboards that visualize the air quality in Germany before and during COVID-19 lockdown phases. NO2 pollution and an Absorbing Aerosol Index are retrieved using Copernicus Sentinel-5 satellite dataset for the year 2019 to 2020 to monitor the pre-COVID lockdown period. For lockdown scenario monitoring, the same Copernicus data are analyzed for the year 2020 to 2021. More information on the tool is on the CREODIAS website. |
