Hello, i have recently joined this service , but i can't seem to create any server.

Hi,

Servers are a part of commercial service available for business users.
You need to have a valid VAT number and buy credits to use them.

Check your billing information: Make sure that your billing information is up-to-date and that you have sufficient funds in your account to cover the cost of the server you want to create.
