Hi All,

I saw your recent announcement about the JupyterHub seminar and was wondering whether you plan to install the gdal binaries.
I cannot imagine you can do much meaningful demonstration without it. This is quite an old issue reported earlier in this forum.

Sorry to have to reply to my own post, but this is STILL not resolved.
In your latest newsletter, you advertise the use of JHub, but one cannot install basic stuff like osgeo.
Would be nice that you solve this.

We have already added GDAL library to our Jupyter Hub.

I also cannot install basic stuff like osgeo. Is there a more detailed guide to this problem?
